How to programmatically position an element in a cluster

Hello I was wondering how I can programmatically position an element (e.g. numerical control) which is a part of a cluster. My goal is to position the control to: Case 1: Bottom Center of the cluster Case 2: Bottom Left of the cluster Thanks. v-k
