LV 8.6 turn off auto tool selection

I want to turn off auto tool selection (after a restart) using LV 8.6. This was possible under Tools-Options menu (ver 8.2) but now the selection to keep auto tool selection off is gone in 8.6.

The tool palette shows up enabled after each restart of LV8.6. I want it to persist off whenever I turn it off.

Tools >> Options >> Environment >> Uncheck box "Lock Automatic Tool Selection"

or just write "enableAutoWire=False" in the LabVIEW  ini file

That will turn off Auto Wiring.

The entry for Lock Auto Tool Selection is  "requireAutoTool=False"
