NI 9862 Disconnects from CDAQ Chassis

Hi,

I have two NI 9862 DAQ modules connected to my CDAQ-9178. I was able to communicate to my DUT, but after an hour or so, the device loses connection with NI-MAX and won't communicate through my LabVIEW program neither. Has anyone had this issue before and if so, what was your solution?

Have you tried disabling USB selective suspend?

Also, can you try connecting via alternate USB ports on your PC?  Or if you're using a hub can you bypass it and connect directly to your PC?
