Hey,
That looks like a PXI! But its impossible to confirm.
Because it is strictly a measurement system for scientific research I can't see why it wouldn't be one!

we are using LV2012 on a PXI-1000B chassis. The software controls all aspects of the experiment.

Looking clearly at fig 3 in the link.... yup, that's Nigel flying on the PXI chassis, Nigel is the NI Eagle logos name.
