is it possible for the USB-6251 to supply an output to a test fixture while reading the inputs from the same fixture? for example: 10VAC peak to peak out to the fixture, mixed Sine and Square wave signals from fixture to the DAQ box.
Yes. The 6251 has two analog outputs and 16 analog inputs. Open the example finder and look for examples of both. Under Hardware Input and Output>DAQmx>Syncronization>Multi-Function, there's an example of synched analog input/output.
