Two web-based separate exe

Is this possible to run two executables with enabled web server on this same computer?

I need to use remote access to two separate exe operating on this same computer.

Separate programs works fine, access also, but when there are running together, access is only to first of them.

Do you have any experience?

Any restrictions? Any exceptions?
