Hi Michael,

 

Thanks for the update.

 

Would be possible to try another vi that you've made to run on the PXI - that does completely different tasks. 

-Does it deploy at different speeds on the PC?

-Does it deploy at different speeds on PXI?

 

Also would be possible to post the code?

 

Im really not sure it should take any longer - so after these tests I would be looking at replicating this.
