Where's the LabVIEW 2023 Q3 Announcement?

While setting up a new computer, I downloaded LV and noticed Q3 was released this week. There are release notes:

There are supposedly issues with the macOS and Community Edition installers.  There is also some of the release documentation to finish up.  When those are cleared up, I would expect an official announcement.

I was told that's the bug where a.NET Refnum inside the private data of a class can cause build specifications to fail...
