Why is this item in Dependencies?

In the past, whenever I would try to use the "Why is this item in Dependencies?" menu item, it would always cause LabVIEW to crash.  Always.  Every version of LV.

This morning I tried it again; and it worked!  First time!  I was shocked.

But nothing has changed.  It just fixed itself by magicalness.

Interesting. I have used it a lot and never had it crash LV. And I am known to crash LV a lot, so much that I used to say "A LabVIEW crash a day keeps the sanity at bay" (or something like that).
