I had problem with my program

i m facing problem with for loop ..

if there were more lines in the text files.. it was running too slowly .. it takes arounf 4-5 mins for reading 25 lines

please frnds.. i need to reduce my timings..

Hi gowthamggk,

did you try to time your ping command with a simple stopwatch in the cmd shell? Well, it takes some time to ping a target 4 times, when the target is out of reach or far far away.

And now you wonder why it takes 5mins to ping 25 targets?

The ping command allows for several options. Read the help and use them...

Hi,

I think your issue is you are using CMD for ping the IP and until unless the popup ping window move out you will not get response.

You can try with attached VI this VI can reduce your processing time.
