Dear reizo ,
as shown in the graph below , your VI successfully appended both waveforms but uncheck the check box in the Append signals express VI.
here is an example of 2 waveforms one with 5000 Hz and the other with 10000 Hz just to catch the transition between waveforms.
by reviewing sampling theory you can exactly know what number of cycles you want for each waveform
