basler a601f ieee 1934 any pci card ?

I am planning to use a Basler A601f Camera to inspect components on PCBs. So far I used Vision assistant to simulate the process and I have my core program ready. But what I'm finding hard is interfacing the camera. I have a PCI IEEE 1394 card [VIA OHCI Compliant IEEE 1394 Host Controller] installed in my computer, but it doesn't seem to be doing anything. I have a feeling that I might be using wrong equipment.

it sounds like you are missing the vision acquisition software. This is the driver layer between the vision development module. You can download it here
