From what i see your picture quality is very poor, so you will not get a very acurate result.
Are you working under Vision Assistant or VBAI, or labview ??
In any case, just compute the two lines (with the edge detector) as you have drawn them and compute the angle between them.
There are tools for this kind of geometric computation.
