Thank you very much. Is it possible tpo create a 1-2 V signal from NI and send it to my transducer, via the simulate signal vi?

It is possible to output an voltage from your 6363. But the card is only able to output a current of +-5mA. I think that is not enough for your sensor. You will need a source which is able to source up to 20mA.

If you want to power the bridge sensor with your 636X you can use the 5V supply (probably noisy) or the analog out, however the analog out is spec to 5mA, so you will have to measure the actual bridge resistance to determine the max. voltage.
I would go with the 5V, add a LC filter AND use the +- sense wires to measure the actual supply voltage (A1,A9??) also in differential mode.
Capture both channels and and calc the mV/V.
