PCI-6052E with NIDAQmx 9.2.3 not seen by MAX

Hello,

I have a PCI-6052E card installed and was using NIDAQmx 8.9 drivers and all worked well. Then I upgraded to version 9.2.3 and now it doesn't show up in MAX anymore.

The card gets properly detected by Windows XP and shows up in the device manager.

I have already tried removing and reinstalling the driver and also uninstalling and reinstalling from the device manager.

Any advice how to get it working again?

Ralf

I completely uninstalled all NI Software and then reinstalled NIDAQmx 9.2.3.

Now MAX sees my DAQ card, but the Test Panel doesn't work.

I had to rename c:\WINNT\system32\nidmfpan.exe.manifest to nidmfpan.exe.manifest.bak to get around that problem.

I thought I post this here in case someone else runs inthe same problem.

Suggestions I have found seem to say that a corruption from the install files may have caused this, but nothing conclusive at the moment.

Thanks for posting your solution back to the forum, Kudos for that!
