What is your Multisim version (for intance: 12, 13) and Edition (Student, Education, Full)? You can find this information in the Help>>About Multisim menu.

Thanks for the info. This is considered to be an Educational feature, therefore the Z_LOAD Family is only available in Multisim Education and Student (limited parts) Editions.
