编码器接在同一个PCI6602的ctr2和ctr6上，测量角位移，数据有差异；而且正转的时候相差少，反转的时候相差大，为什么？该如何解决？

The same encoder connected on both ports?

I would suggest check the encoder's output waveform, if the waveform is a standard TTL square wave, I don't think there could be any difference.

And I have  checked the encoder's output waveform,it's a TTL square wave with small noice...I know there should not be any difference ,but some difference exist actually ,so I want to know why?

Hi there,

      If you ensure that the output of encoder is TTL compliant, then could you measure it with ctr0 and ctr1 respectively?

      In theory, the two ctrs are exactly the same.  If problem persists, you can upload your code here.
