!he issue is with getting the number of channels with pre-trigger data on them. They are logging about 50 channels and if I do not put any pre-trigger on them, they work fine. As soon as I put pre-trigger on them, a gap starts appearing between pre-trigger and post trigger. I lowered the number of channels (created a new log file to add these pre-triggers) to 12 (at 20k log rate) and the gaps went away. If we increase the log rate to 100 then its about 6-8 channels.
