Will a PXI Module work in a PXIe Slot/Chassis

Simple question and the title says it all really. I'm 99% sure it wont as I'm sure the backplane connector is different but thought I'd ask for clarification.

The backplane connector is completely different between PXI and PXIe.  However, most of NI's PXIe chassis have Hybrid slots, which will accept a PXI or PXIe card.
