Hi, there is a problem when I try to use GPIC 9606. After installing the driver I can connect 9606 GPIC board, but as shown in picture there still seems to be some problem. I think I have installed the needed software, Labview 2013, FPGA module 2013, RT module 2013 and NI Rio 13.0. But why the system says I have not installed all the software?
Thanks,
And I mis-submit this topic in the file area, so can you please delete it?

Please try installing the latest device drivers.
NI Device Drivers (6.7 GBytes). Install all of the NI RIO drivers as a minimum.

For the password to unzip, email me at brian.maccleery@ni.com. I'd also recommend upgrading to LabVIEW 2013 Service Pack 1, which will be required for new GPIC example code reference design we will be publishing soon.
Here are complete instructions and download links...
Software Installers (LabVIEW 2013 SP1)
Due to new support for FPGA RAM features in this version, an upgrade to LabVIEW 2013 Service Pack 1 (SP1) is required. The new version of LabVIEW 2013 SP1 Platform DVDs and Device Drivers are linked below. For the password to unzip, email me (brian.maccleery@ni.com). You will need a lot of hard drive space. If you don’t have an active license, you can install everything in evaluation mode and activate later. You can extend the default 7-day evaluation to 45 days by registering (30 days in the case of the Circuit Design Suite).
As a minimum, be sure to install the following:
NI LabVIEW Platform DVDs
NI Device Drivers
* Install everything under the branch that applies to LabVIEW 2013. (This should be the default selection.)
NI Circuit Design Suite
NI Electrical Power Suite
NI Electric Motor Simulation Toolkit

I have downloaded the zip files from the following links:
ftp://ftp.ni.com/evaluation/powerdev/installers/2013SP1_LVDVD1.zip
ftp://ftp.ni.com/evaluation/powerdev/installers/2013SP1_LVDVD2.zip
ftp://ftp.ni.com/evaluation/powerdev/installers/DCD-Feb14-1.zip
Now I am unable to unzip and install LabVIEW, modules, drivers etc as it is asking for a unzip password. What password should I provide?
Thanks for your help

Brian, the last link, the one for NI Electrical Motion Simulation Toolkit, doesn't seem to work.

Use this link to download the downloader which then downloads the NI Electrical Motion Simulation Toolkit
