NI Swicth executive licenses

Hello, 

could someone help me to better understand the "practical" differences between development and deployment Switch Executive licenses. I mean what exactely I can do with the the development license that I can't do with the deployment one?

There is some official information here, but is a bit generic. My understanding specifically for NI Switch Executive is the following, but it has been a long time since I used it.

• Deploy
  • Load pre-configured Switch Executive Virtual Devices into MAX
  • Run an application that uses that Switch Executive Virtual Device
• Debug / Deploy
  • Same as Deploy
  • Ability to make small modifications to existing Virtual Devices
  • Use Switch Executive Debugging tools 
• Development
  • Same as Debug / Deploy
  • Ability to create new virtual devices.
