All of these datatypes are variations of the same information.
IQ data is represented as an array of Complex Numbers where each row contains a single antenna channel. (CDB = complex double precision numbers)
The Cluster and Waveform Datatypes contain nearly similar information, however the waveform represents time in a higher precision way.
