It happens all the time, in the US the "GOP Party", in Canada the "NDP Party", etc. I probably wouldn't disqualify a candidate that misspelled LabVIEW, but it might cause me to put check in the negative column, but there are a lot of "LabVIEWers" that might not know the proper "capitalization" of the name but still be competent in its use.
