DQMH Find Broadcast Ignore.txt

Solved!
Go to solution

R'CLK a broadcast VI allows one to find all the event frames in which it resides. There is a blurb in the results popup that describes creating an ignore list in a text file. I put one together but it's still searching through areas that I am not sure how to specify.

Where does the tool get it's search list...  Project hierarchy? Dependencies?

What are the rules for specifying ignore paths? Absolute? Relative to the Project folder or some other thing?

In my particular case it looks like instr.lib is being searched - I have driver dependencies. Rather than experiment with it all darn day I figured I'd ask. 🙂

"I don't know" is a valid and respectable answer.

It's just folder names on disk, not full paths. So if you put "instr.lib" in the ignore text file, it should not return any results that are in any folder on disk called "instr.lib".
