The file I mentioned was posted by one of the VIPM Product Manager, and I believe was not shared "openly". Now I believe they decided to release a version that do not have the issue that brought us here.
You can download a the new version of VIPM here and see the thread I started on JKI forum here. (Note that in this link says that the issue has been resolved)
I'll try to test it too in a couple of days just to see if it work with a clean installation (not just replacing the .exe file).
