GUI (Frontpanel) of Adruino samples impressive

Hello,

the GUI (Frontpanel) of Arduino samples (e.g. "Arduino Analog Read Pin.vi") looks very impressive.

Question:

How to create such Frontpanel? Are there special components (Buttons, Knobs...) used?

How to change the background so that it sould look like in example?

The Arduino example use the 'Military Theme' which you can download via package manager or here.

The backround is actually just a png that has been pasted on the front panel and locked in place.
