I need some help regarding NI card selection. Currently we are using NI 9264 of 10V AO output card. But now we need higher voltage range up to 24V . So, is there any other card available which provides up to 24V Analog Output. If yes, can you share the name and details of the respective card.

Hi Aliza,
it seems there are only (industrial standard) 0...10V AO modules available.
I know there are modules to switch (on/off) 24V signals, if that's ok for you.
And I know of converters from other companies (like PhoenixContact) to convert industrial standard signals into other voltage/current signals...

Starting at under $100, you can find programmable DC power supplies on-line. These supplies are controlled via USB making them a very viable cost-effective option for higher voltages. I bought one to test it out and it worked perfectly. It required some knowledge in instrumentation programming/control to understand how to program and read its responses. [A USB port on the front of the device does NOT imply remote operation. Sometimes they are simply placed there as a recharging port for phones.]

Generally speaking, if you are going up to 24V, I would worry about current capacity. What exactly are you trying to control with these voltages? Going with an actual power supply might be the way to go, depending on your other requirements for these signals (output function, accuracy, number of channels, etc.).

What are you controlling with a 0-24V analog voltage signal?
