You can do this based on the programming in a couple of Community examples that we have available. This example shows you how to programmatically add traces with a specified URL name using property/ invoke nodes. If you want to just rename these traces instead of adding a new one, you can follow this example to do so. For the Maximum/ Minimum property that they are reading, you can select to URL and Change to Write to rename this.
