VI starts up wrong size on target pc

I have noticed this before and never quite figures it out.

When I build an application and install it on another PC.

The main panel is always too small when it starts up.

If I grab a corner with the mouse to resize the VI window it snaps to it's proper size.

In the development environment set the window to the appropriate size then go to File>>VI properties>>Window size. Set the minimum VI size to the current window size and this should sort your problem

Also, make sure you do not have the Maintain proportions for Window for different monitor resolutions checked in the Window Size properties.
